Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased from EONCO (eonco.com.au), operated by MATRIX NODE PTY LTD (ABN 72 649 873 290) in Australia.
We are committed to providing quality products and customer service. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects under normal use conditions.
Jewellery Warranty
EONCO provides a 12-month limited warranty on jewellery products from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
- Loose settings due to manufacturing fault
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Structural defects in metal or setting
- Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair the item or provide a replacement where appropriate.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or damaged surfaces
- Lost stones due to accidental damage or improper use
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Resizing or modification performed by third-party jewellers
- Water damage, chemical exposure, or corrosion
- Lost or stolen items
Normal wear and tear over time is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Lab-Grown Diamonds and Gemstones
Lab-grown diamonds and gemstones are covered only for manufacturing defects, not for:
- Chipping due to impact
- Scratches from normal wear
- Loss of stones due to accidental damage
Certification from gem laboratories such as IGI or GIA is provided where applicable for stone grading purposes only and does not serve as a warranty certificate.

Our team will review the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe with repair, replacement, or further instructions.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
