Change of Mind Policy

You may return the items for refund for change of mind if the returned item is in its original condition within 30 days from the received date.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and exchanges.

Refunds by law

In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description.

-A return postage label will be sent to your email if this is our fault.

-You may need to cover the return postage if this is not our fault.

-The money will be refunded to the same account you paid within 7 days after we received the returned item.

-It may take 2-4 business days for the bank to process the refund.

-If the order was paid by credit or with debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.

-If the order was paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
